Refund Policy

RETURN, REFUND/EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

All donations made to Shokriyo are:

  • Voluntary and unconditional contributions
  • Intended to support social initiatives such as civic engagement, digital awareness, and community development
  • Not a purchase of goods or services

Therefore, traditional return or exchange policies do not apply.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

As donations are not physical products:

  • Returns are not applicable
  • Exchanges are not applicable

Once a donation is successfully completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Refund Policy

General Rule

  • All donations are non-refundable

This follows standard nonprofit practice, as donated funds are typically allocated immediately to programs and activities

Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate donation (accidental multiple transactions)
  • Incorrect amount entered due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

Refund Processing

  • Requests will be reviewed by Shokriyo management

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

👉 Note: Approval is at the sole discretion of Shokriyo

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Donations cannot be cancelled once processed
  • For recurring donations (if applicable), donors may cancel future payments at any time

6. Use of Funds

  • Donations are used to support Shokriyo’s programs and operational activities
  • If a specific initiative becomes unavailable, funds may be reallocated to similar causes aligned with our mission

7. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Donations are made without any warranty or guarantee of specific outcomes
  • While Shokriyo ensures transparency and accountability, results may vary depending on program implementation

8. Receipt & Confirmation

  • A confirmation email or receipt will be issued after a successful donation
  • If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us

9. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Shokriyo reserves the right to:

  • Verify donor identity where necessary
  • Refuse or refund donations suspected to be unlawful or unauthorized

10. Policy Updates

Shokriyo reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the donation platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
